All our apartments are brokered without commission.

One person is the main tenant.This person is responsible for the monthly rent and the full security deposit. However, the contract lists all roommates, who are chosen by the main tenant.

Bicycle: By bicycle you can enjoy an idyllic ride along the Inn River on a disused railway line (offering the most beautiful panorama of Passau's old town) and reach the university in about 8 minutes.Bus: The bus stop (Jesuitenschlössl) is about a 3-minute walk away.
